Orders:

All orders MUST be placed at least 3 days prior to anticipated pick up date.  However, that is not a guarantee of availability.  The earlier you book your event the better, to insure availability.  We often have events scheduled 4-6 months out, but most of the time we will be able to accommodate an order with a 1-2 week notice.  An order is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

Deposits:

All orders $100 or less will be due in full at time of booking, in order to save your place on our calendar.  Orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 5 days prior to your pick up/ship date.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your pick up/ ship date.  A total of 20% will be retained on all cancelled orders.  No Refunds will be given if you cancel within 14 days of your pick up/ship date.

 

Rescheduling:

We realize life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule your event.  If requested 14 days prior to pick up/ship date, we will allow you to reschedule your order to a future date based on availability, with no loss of your deposit.

Shipping:

Yes, we ship!  Price varies based on distance the items are going and size of order.  Price determined during consultation.

Cookies are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed with packing material to prevent cookie breakage. Ruby Lou is not responsible for any breakage that occurs in shipping.  Although we have a fantastic track record when it comes to broken cookies, we recommend ordering a few extra cookies just in case.

 

Allergies:

Our cookies & icing are nut free, however, they are produces in a kitchen that has contained nuts.  At this time our cookies do contain egss and gluten.
