I'm Jill Tonti, the creative power behind Ruby Lou Company.    I am a creative spirit that finds genuine fulfillment in creating cookie art.  It is this passion that gave me the courage to start Ruby Lou Company and share my art with the world.  We are proudly located in the heart of Pittsburgh Pa, but our cookies have seen many corners of the world!
